Ben & Ender's house on Shakespeare [some evening]

Ben was curled up on the sofa with Ender's rather dry book on anatomy after Ben's research into the subject had brought up suggestions like "Bend Over," "Eating Out," and other titles that had sent Ben into an unhelpful cycle of flail. (Jane had a wicked sense of humor, not that Ben knew that.)

He had a dish of ice cream while he waited for dinner to warm up--his only outward sign of nerves--and kept glancing at the door waiting for Ender to come home.

Just another night, right? If he kept repeating that to himself, maybe he'd believe it.

Ben whimpered and moved his hand down to unzip his pants. "We doing that again?"

"I don't know," Ender said, smoothing his hands over Ben's hips as soon as they became available. "I thought you were the boss."

"On this, I want to be sure," Ben murmured, licking a slow path around Ender's ear.

"If you're game, I am," Ender said, shutting his eyes with a soft gasp.

"I'm game," Ben said, sucking on Ender's lower lip, "but not quite yet. I want to enjoy you a little longer first."

Ender trailed his fingers back up along Ben's scars, letting himself get lost in this for a little bit longer.

The way he was kissing Ben back communicated well how much he agreed with that idea.

Ben sighed, closed his eyes and let all of his inner barriers drop for a moment.

He shivered hard. "Kuso," he murmured shakily. "You love me so much."

"Yes," Ender said softly, running his fingers through Ben's hair. "I do."

In... a lot of different ways. A capacity for love was not exactly something Ender lacked.

Ben smiled down at him, looking overwhelmed. "Feeling's mutual, kreetle."

"I know." Ender reached up and touched Ben's cheek.

Ben rested his forehead on Ender's, just breathing in for a second. "It's a little scary how happy you make me," he whispered.

"I know the feeling," Ender said, his heart aching a little bit in his chest.

He shut his eyes and shivered.

Ben nuzzled his neck and hugged him tightly, grateful that he could say things like that and Ender understood.

Ender hugged him back just as tightly. "Glad I got you," he said.

"Glad you let me," Ben murmured.

Ender kissed him firmly, letting all the affection and love he felt drift as far to the surface as he knew how.

"I love you so much," Ben murmured, sinking into the emotions Ender was projecting.

"C'mon, then," Ender said, kissing him again. He ran his fingers over Ben's spine and then up into his hair.

Ben's hand reached out, looking for the little bottle Ender had left on the nightstand.

"Working on it," he said, sucking at the slight mark he'd left on Ender's neck.

Ender sighed, messing up Ben's hair on purpose. He didn't mind lingering, exactly - he wasn't trying to skip ahead to anything - but, well, the kissing was just really nice, and he might not be running on a full contingent of brain cells now.

The kissing was really nice, and Ben was doing a lot of that as he warmed the gel in his hands before starting to leave little slick lines on Ender's skin.

Ender squirmed a little regardless of Ben's efforts to warm it up. "Mhm." One of his hands crawled down and tugged on Ben's pants.

"Something you need, kreetle?" Ben murmured, sounding more easy in himself than he had the last time.

"I need you to get out of these pants," Ender decided, nipping at his bottom lip.

Ben whimpered softly. "Please."

He reached down and shoved his pants down to his knees, then kicked them off to land...somewhere. He didn't really care where.
