Sorelledolce [let's call it Sunday]

Ben was starting to feel at home on Sorelledolce: he had a routine for getting produce for the week at the same store, where the older man behind the counter insisted on spoiling the baby with strawberries, plums or apples, depending on what he had available when they arrived. He'd then get bread at another shop (and a roll for Val to gnaw on), and then a coffee for himself (and an espresso cup full of whipped cream that Val smeared all over her face, to her great delight) before heading back to the ship.

He kept up his normal one-sided conversation with his daughter as they walked. "That's a puppy, Val," Ben explained. "And that's a chicken! And that's a lady who's glaring at us for no real reason but we're going to walk faster anyway..."

Just another Sunday morning. Ben kind of loved his quiet little life.

"We'll need another bath," Ender murmured, "If we manage to make it out of the bed tonight."

"And new sheets," Ben added, kissing him again.

Ender laughed softly. "Especially if you do fuck me again," he murmured, moving his hand.

Ben sighed happily. "Definitely thinking about it."

"Lucky I don't have a job I need to take time off from," Ender said wryly.

"And that our daughter sleeps like a rock," Ben added.

"That's something to celebrate, too," Ender said, leaning in to kiss him again. Thoroughly.

Ben moaned softly, rocking against Ender.

Ender picked up a little speed with his hand, trying to coax Ben all the way back into it with sure strokes.

Ben whimpered a bit at the friction, but the rest of his body was clearly not at all bothered by it.

Yay, Ender's hand!

"You okay?" Ender whispered. Because well. Them.

Ben kissed him. "Astral. Keep going."

"Okay," Ender said, turning his head so he could nip at Ben's neck as he resumed moving.

"Kuso, I love you," Ben said, tilting his head so Ender could keep kissing him.

Ender spent some time right there, kissing Ben's neck. Never rough; the worst he got was a scrape of his teeth.

This didn't feel like the time for rough. They'd covered that already.

Ben let out another soft sigh, sliding his hand down to rest on Ender's hip gently. "Feels good--"

"That's the idea," Ender said, and smiled, and then left a sucking kiss right under Ben's jaw.

Ben's eyes fluttered closed. "You're so good to me..."

The blood wasn't exactly flowing to the "charming conversation" parts of his anatomy right now.

"I love you," Ender murmured, "I'm motivated."

He sped up his hand some more, but it didn't feel like Ben really needed much more encouragement.

True. Ben hadn't been this worked up outside of sex pollen in a while.

"You're amazing."

Today was starting to remind Ender of sex pollen week-- but this was personal and chosen, not enforced by outside hormones. That made it more real.

"Pretty sure that's just my hand on you talking," he said. He kissed Ben's cheek. "Mhm. Miss you."

"'m right here," Ben said, nuzzling Ender's neck.

"Not right here enough," Ender murmured.

Ben slid his hand lower. "You mean down here?" he whispered.

Most of Ender was back to being as sensitive as usual; that wasn't one of them. He whimpered quietly, squirming into Ben's touch.
