Sorelledolce [let's call it Sunday]

Ben was starting to feel at home on Sorelledolce: he had a routine for getting produce for the week at the same store, where the older man behind the counter insisted on spoiling the baby with strawberries, plums or apples, depending on what he had available when they arrived. He'd then get bread at another shop (and a roll for Val to gnaw on), and then a coffee for himself (and an espresso cup full of whipped cream that Val smeared all over her face, to her great delight) before heading back to the ship.

He kept up his normal one-sided conversation with his daughter as they walked. "That's a puppy, Val," Ben explained. "And that's a chicken! And that's a lady who's glaring at us for no real reason but we're going to walk faster anyway..."

Just another Sunday morning. Ben kind of loved his quiet little life.

Ender's skin shivered under Ben's mouth. He let out a soft moan and dragged his fingers back up Ben's back in response.

Ben moved his mouth down to cover Ender again, making it sloppy and a little bit loud.

That gave Ender only a moment to adjust to the lack of one thing before another set in, and he cried out, definitely on the edge of too-much now and maybe almost over it.

He was going to be completely wrung out after this. Kuso.

Ben glanced up at him, eyes sparkling.

Ender dropped a hand to the mattress. He needed the grip.

He sucked in a deep breath. "Damn it, Ben..."

Ben swirled his tongue.

Because he was a brat.

This time the twitching was definitely below the belt; Ender would have been almost impressed with himself if he wasn't completely distracted. "Ah."

Ben pulled off again and kissed his way up Ender's chest. "Don't want you to explode..."

Ender sighed, sliding his arms around Ben as soon as he came up far enough. "Didn't think I'd make it this far," he mumbled.

"You've been amazing," Ben said, kissing him hard.

Ender shivered against him, but this time he gave as good as he got. "You like this."

"I do," Ben admitted softly. "Riding this edge with you..."

"I don't know if I'm done or not," Ender admitted quietly.

"I can stop," Ben said immediately. Because he was Ben.

Ender chuckled softly, leaning up to kiss him again. "I said I don't know," he said, "I didn't say 'stop'."

Ben kissed him back. "This is about both of us," he murmured, sucking on Ender's lower lip. "See where it goes?"

"Yeah," Ender sighed, sliding his fingers up into Ben's hair. "Sounds good."

"Only the good kind of hurt," Ben said with a happy little noise.

Ender smiled.

Then he nipped down on Ben's bottom lip, not entirely gently.

Ben whined, rocking his hips against Ender because yes, please, that.

Ender whimpered, bucking his hips up against Ben in return - then letting out a hiss.

Ben nipped at his neck. "Okay?" he checked.

He had been pretty thorough down there. Twice.

"Okay, if close to too much," Ender murmured. He let out a breath. "Can still feel you down there."

"Want my fingers instead?" Ben whispered. "Mouth?"

Ender kissed him gently. "No."
