Ben & Ender's house on Shakespeare [some evening]

Ben was curled up on the sofa with Ender's rather dry book on anatomy after Ben's research into the subject had brought up suggestions like "Bend Over," "Eating Out," and other titles that had sent Ben into an unhelpful cycle of flail. (Jane had a wicked sense of humor, not that Ben knew that.)

He had a dish of ice cream while he waited for dinner to warm up--his only outward sign of nerves--and kept glancing at the door waiting for Ender to come home.

Just another night, right? If he kept repeating that to himself, maybe he'd believe it.

"Then really, there's nothing to have worries about," Ender said, trailing his fingers through Ben's hair. "We'll always have kissing."

"And we are very, very good at that part," Ben said softly, kissing him again, then leaning his forehead against Ender's. "Take me to bed, kreetle."

"I will," Ender murmured, tilting his head and pressing a kiss to that forehead of Ben's. "But you'll have to set me free first."

What with being pinned against the couch right now.

"Oh yeah," Ben said, blushing and sitting up.

Ow, uncomfortable pants issue.

Ender knew that look by now; he was leaning over to open up Ben's fly with barely even a thought.

Nobody needed anyone getting smooshed or pinched tonight.

Ben grinned a little wryly at him. "I love you."

Ender pecked him on the mouth for that one.

"Come on," he said, getting up - and adjusting his own pants.

"This better not be a fashion trend," Ben teased, swatting Ender's ass and heading for the stairs, "because we look ridiculous."

Ender chuckled and followed him up. "Oh, I intend to get you out of those pants entirely as soon as possible."

"Promises, promises," Ben singsonged, covering some of his nervousness with jokes.

Ender snagged him by the back of his pants as soon as he was upstairs, nudging him up against the wall and tugging on Ben's waistband. "I tend to keep mine," he pointed out.

"True," Ben gasped, closing his eyes and letting his head rest against the wall.

Their poor, poor walls.

Ender kept his word about the pants, reaching down with his hand to, ah, distract Ben as soon as they were out of the way.

Ben let out a low whimper. "Kuso," he murmured, rocking into Ender's hand.

Ender pressed kisses against his throat, working his hand at a leisurely pace. "You look ridiculously good right now," he said softly.

"You feel ridiculously good right now," Ben murmured in reply, sliding his hands around to take hold of Ender's ass.

Ender put his arm against the wall above Ben's head - the advantages of greater height - and kissed him properly for that.

Ben's bottom lip, you were just going to have to deal with the attention.

Ben moaned again, louder this time. "Are we going to do this in the hallway again?"

That wasn't a "please say no", by the way.

"Probably better if we don't," Ender said, sounding slightly out of breath. "But that doesn't mean I can't warm you up out here..."

"I'm pretty warm," Ben gasped, rocking hard into Ender's hand.

"Okay, I can tell," Ender admitted, pressing against him and kissing him hard.

But he was already hard!

Ben's fingers went to work removing Ender's pants (because trails of clothing on the way to their bedroom were becoming something of a habit), concentrating on how now felt and not worrying (at least this second) about what would come next.

Ender was hoping to keep him distracted from worrying until such point as where they would be kind of past having anything to worry about-- and his mind was rambling.

He kicked off his pants obligingly.

Ben took a moment to get some air and admire just how good Ender looked naked. "I'm so kriffing lucky," he whispered.

"I don't think luck has anything to do with this," Ender said softly, and did a little something with his hand. "C'mon. To bed with you."
