Hapes Cluster [Sunday morning]

The ship's presence grew stronger the closer Ben flew to the Hapes Cluster, even though Ben couldn't figure out what Lumiya could possibly want in that part of space. He couldn't feel Jacen--hardly unusual--but he could feel a trace of his mother.

Hapes [Sunday evening]

Ben would have given anything for his first impression of his father in months not to be what it was: the Jedi Grand Master flattened by grief, almost impossible to find in the Force, and gazing down at Mara as she laid on an examination table.

Luke didn't even turn around as Ben entered, just held up his arm for Ben to come under. "Hey sweetheart," he murmured to his wife, "it's Ben."
